We buy EB-5 investments. Make extra revenue for your firm, we are looking for:
- Immigrants that have successfully completed their EB-5 visa program
- Immigrants that started the EB-5 process by making the required investment and decided not to continue with the visa process
We want to make them an offer to buy their EB-5 investments, if the investment meets our buying criteria.
Typically, we are looking to buy EB-5 investments that are associated with commercial real estate projects, here are some of the types of projects:
- Hotels
- Office buildings
- Apartment complexes
- Restaurants (where there is a land component)
- Parking garages
- Other (Contact Us to discuss your asset type)
To make a buying decision we'll need to review:
- The Income Statement for the project
- The Partnership Agreement
When we purchase an EB-5 investment we will pay a fee to the source that referred the EB-5 immigrant investor to us. Once we have the information to make a buying decision, if we decide to move forward, it will, typically, take less than 30 days to close the transaction.
Other Revenue for You and/or Your Company
In addition to buying EB-5 investments, we are looking for EB-5 projects that are looking to finance debt on an EB-5 project to pay off the immigrant investors.
We will also loan on non - EB-5 commercial real estate projects.
