45 laps instead of 44

If the FORMULA 1 BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 2019 had been 45 laps instead of 44 laps Lewis Hamilton/Mercedes-AMG, more than likely would have caught and overtaken Charles Leclerc/Ferrari on the last lap, but the race at Spa, Formula 1's longest track was 44 laps and Hamilton's late race push could not catch Leclerc.  --more--
