Oscar-winning actor Nicole Kidman caught the Internet’s attention this week with a new shoot for Perfect Magazine.

Kidman, who turned 55 this summer, flexes her impossibly sculpted triceps on the magazine’s cover — a cascade of red hair falling over one shoulder with a section cropped bluntly at her chin. Not a power suit or black turtleneck in sight: Kidman is styled in pieces from fashion brand Diesel’s Autumn-Winter 2022 collection, which debuted at Milan Fashion Week this February — a highly praised array replete with Y2K-inspired trucker hats, denim trench coats and the buzzy belt-skirt Kidman wears.  –read more– 

F1 | What tyres will the teams and drivers have for the 2022 Belgian Grand Prix?

Formula 1 returns from the summer break this weekend and the teams will be looking to hit the ground running for the second half of the season at the Belgian Grand Prix. And Pirelli have announced which tyres that they will be bringing to Spa-Francorchamps.

Formula 1’s Official tyre suppliers have nominated the same tyre compounds that were used at the two Grands Prix before the break, in France and Hungary. This means drivers will be able to call upon the C2 hard tyre (x2 sets), C3 medium tyre (x3 sets) and C4 soft tyre (x8 sets) at a Spa circuit that has had some improvement works carried out since last year.  —read more–

New York (CNN Business) – Target just demonstrated how quickly things can change in the world of retail, posting a terrible quarter after nearly two years of soaring profits and record revenue growth. But the big box retailer is promising things will change in the other direction just as fast.

Target was widely seen as one of the winners of the pandemic, gaining new customers as shoppers not wanting to go into brick-and-mortar stores were drawn to its growing curbside pickup and home delivery.

But after a disappointing fiscal first quarter when profits fell 40%, Target just had an even worse second quarter. Profits plunged 90% compared to a year earlier.  –read more–
