Front Row Lock Out for Mercedes-AMG for Azerbaijan 2019

The FORMULA 1 AZERBAIJAN GRAND PRIX 2019 race in Baku is going to be very interesting if the Practice and Qualifying sessions are a preview of the race.  The Baku City Circuit is the longest track with the second longest straight.  In Q1 Williams' Robert Kubica kissed the walls in turn and in Q2 Ferrari's Charles Leclerc hit the same wall exact as he semi-locked up and lost control of the car.

The Baku City Circuit track is similar to Monaco where, being a city track, there isn't any run off room.  During Practice sessions on Friday, at the same turn quite a few drivers didn't have enough braking power to navigate the turn and where able to safely use the run-off area at that turn.  The Baku track is also a dusty track which will also have a bearing on tire grip.  For the race Pirelli brought the Soft (Red - C4), Medium (Yellow -C3) and Hard (White - C2) compounds.
